Core & Floor Barre is an intense full body workout for all levels. A yoga mat is recommended.

This multi-faceted class will have your muscles begging you for mercy!

Expect a full body workout using floor barre exercises, ballet barre fitness technique, ballet warm-up and cool-down and cardio to boot.  

After a few classes you will begin to see an increase in your balance, stability and an amazing core!

Suggested footwear is cotton socks and aerobic footwear. Bring a yoga mat.

The barre and stretch half of the class will be tailored for the end of each class to release any sore muscles and stress from the day.

Suggested footwear is cotton socks or modern shoes (half or full sole).
