Organizational Description: The Lily Pad, located in Inman Square, is an intimate gallery/concert hall that hosts performances 7 nights a week. Available for fully produced shows, informal showings, rehearsals, or celebrations the setting has proven itself a place of inspired work which suits pure dance of all forms and collaborative works (i.e. multimedia).

Organizational Description: Founded in 1933, Jacob?s Pillow encompasses an acclaimed international Festival, professional School, Archives, Intern Program, and Community Programs. The Pillow presents international dance in all forms, styles, and traditions, and approximately 200 free events each season. Jacob's Pillow is a National Historic Landmark?the first and only dance entity in the U.S. to achieve this honor.
Brookline/Greater Boston Community Center for the Arts, Inc. (BCCA)

Ipswich Moving Company
Organizational Description: Ipswich Moving Company makes its home in a renovated barn. For twenty years the Company has presented modern dance and their unique Aerial Dance throughout New England and at the Edinburgh Fringe Festival. The Studio is an educational center for dance, yoga, and Pilates. Aerial Dance Workshops are offered throughout the year. The Studio is also available as a rehearsal / performance space.

Boston University Dance Program and Theater
Organizational Description: The Boston University Dance Theater, a 223 seat studio/theatre space designed specifically for dance, is available for performances, classes, and conferences. The BU Dance program's extensive activities include programs open to the public – non-credit courses, Summerterm, and a summer outreach program for teens. Coolidge Corner Theatre
Organizational Description: The Coolidge has added a rehearsal stage for use during the hours that it isn't showing movies. In the coming months theatrical lighting will be added and eventually video recording equipment.
We are not a fully equipped theater for performance. We are great for rehearsal and creation of work. In 2008, we will host a Sunday dance recital program and work with artists to create dance for screen. |
