Job Description :

JACOB’S PILLOW DANCE FESTIVAL seeks a Ticket Services Assistant Manager to provide high quality customer service and assist with the management of Jacob’s Pillow Box Office staff. The Ticket Services Assistant Manager will train and supervise interns; educate patrons about programming; troubleshoot and expedite ticketing issues; process ticket orders; and work as part of marketing team to develop, execute, and analyze sales and marketing strategies. Qualifications :

Candidates should have exemplary ticket services and customer service experience, be highly detail-oriented and organized, and possess the maturity and professionalism to handle high pressure customer service situations. Understanding of dance and experience with Theatre Manager ticketing software are strongly preferred.
