New York-based artist Teresa (Te) Perez Ceccon will teach two Simonson Contemporary Jazz Technique classes along with an Anatomy Awareness class at The Dance Complex March 10-11. Te is the protege of Lynn Simonson, who developed the Simonson Jazz Technique, an anatomically aware and organic approach to movement. This series offers an approach to dance that can add longevity and improve your connection to your body. Dancers may register for one, two, or all three classes.
