Paid Contracts Available
BoSoma Dance Company is seeking male and female dancers trained in Classical Ballet, Modern, Contemporary and/or Jazz techniques. Hourly paid performance schedules offered Tuesdays through Sundays, 11am-4pm between May 14th and September 5th at the Peabody Essex Museum in Salem, MA.
We are seeking dancers to work rotating shifts for 3-5 hours per day; schedules of 1 to 6 days a week are available per dancer. These exhibit performances will be structured improvisations based on direction given by BoSoma’s Artistic Director, Katherine Hooper.
Dancers hired for this project will be required to attend BoSoma’s weekly company rehearsal on Saturdays 1:30pm-3:30pm through June and Wednesdays 7pm-9pm in July and August. These rehearsals will be held at the Mass Motion Dance Studio in Peabody starting April 16th.
