The Blue Island Project showcases original music and explosive arrangements, with a combination of Afro-Cuban and Brazilian Rhythms, Gospel, and Jazz. This project exposes the audience to the various cultural backgrounds, embracing their own diversity through music. This time Anibal will be accompanied by amazing musicians, Gerson Lazon (Bass), Milena Casado (Trumpet), and Ivana Cuesta (Drums). They got together during the pandemic bound by their passion for Afro-Jazz and Latin Roots. Join us for this wonderful night of music, followed by a short workshop to explore the music and the dance movements it evokes, and a Q&A.
