A cropped, form-fitting tank, spaghetti strap top, or sports bra is mandatory. Dress code is strictly enforced. No shoes are worn in Pole Dance Circuit. Class will include: a warm up on a mat; core exercises at a barre; drills, climbs, and inverts on the pole.
