Pole Dance Circuit

A whole body workout that strengthens, conditions, and increases flexibility as you develop your pole and aerial skills. Class will include: a warm up on a mat; core exercises at a barre; drills, climbs, and inverts on the pole. Additionally, we will focus on transitions for increasing fluidity and mastering sequences of movements.

Dress Code: In order to stick to the pole you need skin, you must wear short shorts that come down no lower than mid-thigh. A cropped, form-fitting tank, spaghetti strap top, or sports bra is mandatory. Dress code is strictly enforced. No shoes are worn in Pole Dance Circuit.

Do not use body lotion prior to or on the day of your class; you will slide off the pole and damage the finish on the poles. No rings or bracelets as they will scratch the poles.

No class on October 14th. Class instead meets on Tuesday, October 15th.
