TITLE: Community Engagement Programs Manager
STATUS: Full-Time, Exempt
LOCATION: In-Person
REPORTS TO: Director of Community Engagement
COMPENSATION: $50,000-$60,000
Manage year-round Community Engagement Programs at Jacob’s Pillow. Plan/execute events (classes, workshops), support residencies, manage logistics, collect/analyze data, and supervise interns. Build community relationships, promote access/equity, and use movement for community building. Requires strong organizational, communication, and database skills. Experience in performing arts administration, community outreach, or related field preferred.
