Manage payroll across the organization and serve as the main point of contact with payroll processing software company, Paychex
Process new hire paperwork
Serve as bookkeeper using Quickbooks
Manage Accounts Payable and Receivable
Make bank deposits
Budget preparation
Cash flow forecasting and year-end projections
Assist with contracts
Serve as facilities lead, ensuring that all three studios are clean and safe
Manage purchase orders and schedule cleaning services
Oversee emergency preparedness procedures and policies
Manage general upkeep and maintenance, as well as larger capital improvement projects
Additional administrative duties as assigned

Required Qualifications:
1-2 years of administrative experience, preferably in a finance or operations role
Bachelor’s degree
Proficiency with MS Office/Google Apps
Proficiency with Quickbooks software

Salary: $35k-$37k
