Lead Reception Associate

Knowledge of/familiarity with management and operations of nonprofit arts organizations, and/or with community engagement development with minimum 4 years experience;
Excellent communicator who seeks to clarify and move thought into action, and is experienced in working respectfully with those from diverse backgrounds, a wide range of ages, cultural and educational backgrounds
Strong management, organizational, and planning skills, with the ability to teach and support others;
Experience leading and motivating volunteers or similar groups, as well as recruiting them
An understanding and ability to practice collaboration even as you lead, working with staff and guided by the organization’s mission and culture of inclusion
Ability to anticipate, initiate, and advance multiple priorities and projects concurrently, and are able to translate actions into discrete work/tasks for ambassadors
