Boston University’s Teen Apprenticeship/Summer Outreach Program

Openings for teen apprentices: Reach, Boston University’s four-week intensive includes instruction, choreography, performance, and assistant teaching. Accepting teens that are passionate about dance, skilled in any one style and open to trying others. In addition to dance and performance skills, teens learn leadership and life skills in a structured and nurturing environment with professional dancers and college interns. Daily classes in contemporary, hip hop, ballet, and/or jazz. Choreography created on/by the company is performed at community centers and one public performance; Motion Art workshops led by the Reach company for kids in urban and suburban settings. Scholarships available.
