Boston University Dance Program/Micki Taylor-Pinney

Looking for energetic and dedicated Dance educator/counselor for Aerial and Dance Arts sessions (part of the Family Recreation’s Camp Terrier); ages 8 – 11. Aerial or acro experience helpful but not required (aerial instructor will be on staff)

Must be available for all dates, M-F, July 8 – August 9:
• July 8 – 12; 1 week only; observation/photo session on final day
• July 15 – 26; 2 week w/culminating performance
• July 29 – August 9; 2 week w/culminating performance
Daily breaks scheduled to equal 40 hours per week

In addition to the general qualifications and responsibilities for Camp Terrier, the counselor for Aerial and Dance Arts responsibilities include:
• teaching 1 or 2 classes per day and choreographing for ballet, modern, jazz classes, and/or creative movement/choreography
• choreographing and facilitating campers’ choreography; prepping for culminating performance

At least 3 years of dance training; camp counselor experience preferred. Resume to mtaypin@bu.edu
