OnStage Dance Company is accepting applications for experienced and emerging choreographers for Season 30!

Open to all dance styles. Pieces must be 3:00-4:30 in length, original, and designed for 5-14 dancers. Selected choreographers receive a stipend, cast, rehearsal space, costume rentals, and more. No paid performance opportunities — this is a community adult dance company.

Auditions are held at two locations in Somerville, MA: Friday, March 27 at The Hive and Saturday, March 28 at SomArt @ the Armory.

Interested choreographers should select an audition time on OnStage Dance Company’s website. Audition slots will be approximately 30 minutes. You will be asked to perform 45-60 seconds of choreography at the audition. ​Be prepared to answer questions about your proposal, previous experience and expectations.

OnStage Dance Company is holding dancer auditions for Season 30!

Auditions are open to adult performers in four styles: Contemporary, Tap, Jazz, and Commercial.

You will audition for a Level (1-3) in each style you attend. No paid performance opportunities — this is a community adult dance company. All levels welcome to audition.

Audition Schedule: Sunday, March 29

12:00 PM – Tap

1:15 PM – Commercial

2:30 PM – Jazz

3:45 PM – Contemporary

BoSoma Dance Company is seeking male and female dancers trained in Classical Ballet, Modern, Contemporary and/or Jazz techniques for our annual 2026-2027 season.

The audition will be in the form of a company class which will include a warm up and progressions, as well as improvisation, and phrasing from repertory.

Audition registration forms will be provided at the audition.
