Duval Dance and Music Academy is looking for a customer care specialist who has a love for dance, children, families and exceptional organizational skills with superior attention to detail. Candidate must be proficient at multi-tasking and have the ability to enthusiastically, patiently and calmly discuss schedules and class descriptions with potential and existing customers via phone or in person, have the ability to inform customers about policies and register students for classes and manage social media content. Retail sales experience is a plus.
Candidate should also exhibit exceptional patience in a noisy environment full of young children, their parents and siblings! Previously working in a dance studio is a bonus. You should have some knowledge of dance. Must be available to work Monday-Thursday evenings and Saturday mornings.
