Adult Contemporary will be a 1-hour class for adults of all ages 18+ to explore both choreographed movement and reactive, improvisational movement. Led by Tess Saoirse Liddy, director of Tess Saoirse Dance Company, Adult Contemporary is a fun way to decompress and move your body after a long week just before your Friday begins! Every Thursday will be a new chance to move and explore together.

Tess Saoirse Liddy is a Boston-based dancer, choreographer and educator. Beginning in January 2022, Tess began presenting independent work around the New England area through the aMaSSiT program through the Dance Complex and Monkeyhouse, OnStage 360, Dance For World Community Festival, Metamorphosis Dance Company’s Works in Progress Show, and NACHMO Boston. Tess currently dances for Kinetic Synergy Dance Company, teaches at Tony Williams Dance Center and North End Music and Performing Arts Center, and is an Instructional Coach at the Boston Ballet School’s Adaptive Dance program.
