Community Yoga at The Dance Complex’s Summer Sizzle Dance Festival
Movers and yogis of all levels of experience are welcome to this hour long community yoga class taught by Colleen Walsh Cecchi. Students will be encouraged to work at a pace that is comfortable for them, and to take offered modifications and progressions to create a class that will serve them well on that given day. The class will move at a fluid pace with focus on breath and opportunity for reflection. Come prepared to laugh, sweat, and be present, and you’ll leave feeling rejuvenated!
Please bring a yoga mat, and any props you’d like! Blocks, bolsters, blankets, and straps are always encouraged, but not necessary.
