MetaMovements artists Eli “Lady” Pabon & Francois Noel present a variety of workshops at the Dance Complex ranging in styles from Lady’s Salsa Styling to Latin Hip Hop Fusion to TIMBAerobics. Learn isolation techniques, improve your lung capacity and increase your body movement vocabulary in these fun dance workshops! Open to all ages and dance levels; previous experience not required.
