This workshop provides an intensive experience of individual and group dance improvisation based on the kinesthetic approach developed by dance pioneer Barbara Mettler (1907-2002). The beautiful environment of Windhover, within walking distance of the rocky ocean coast, lends support for delving into natural movement expression. Dancing is planned for both indoors and outdoor spaces. Housing is in rustic cabins. Windhover has a large kitchen with ample fridge space for bringing food and there are restaurants nearby. Documentation of Covid-19 vaccination is required.
