Join in an immersive experience where movers of all levels come together. We’ll exchange ideas, words, and movement, culminating in an improvisational/movement score within our vibrant community. Our sessions commence with a rejuvenating yoga-inspired warm-up, fostering connection with body and mind. Once attuned to ourselves, each other, and the space, we’ll engage in a writing and movement meditation. Each class centers on a distinct theme, incorporating stage elements like lighting, sound, senses, props, and site-specific settings, enriching our creative process. The session concludes with an integrative meditation and sound bath, promoting restoration and embodiment. All movers welcome.
