This class MOVES! We will explore weight, release, suspension and improvisation through warm up sequences, across the floor work and center phrases. Be prepared to make friends with the floor and dance upside down; we might even explore some fancy footwork. 90’s tunes, Elm City Dance Collective dancers and sweat…come out and move your whole self in a supportive and energetic environment.

Class is appropriate for dancers with disabilities, but the facility is not wheelchair accessible.
