Sacred Burlesque incorporates the bump & grind of classic burlesque, modern striptease, with Yoni exercises, pinches of Kundalini Yoga, dance, Taoist sacred sexuality and energetic healing exercises. A sensual dance and movement exploration that works for all levels of movers!
After our sultry warm-up, we play with follow along movement, dance combinations and free improvised movements.
