Whether you are new to meditation or a seasoned practitioner you will expand your possibilities.
We’ll begin with a Tai Chi style warm-up. Then we’ll practice positive affirmations with gentle moving meditation: we’ll stand and walk as our movements flow with awareness, sometimes we may even sit or lay down. Your body responds to your thoughts and emotions and vice-versa; learn to consciously choose what you are tuning in, and gain back your well-being. Choose “Tuning” to channel more of who you are and become more present in your everyday life.
