Prometheus Dance will perform new and past work including the premier of “Echo”, with music by Colin Stetson, a segment of “Project I.I.I.”, created with renown visual artists Robert and Shana ParkeHarrison with music by Hauschka & Hildur Guðnadóttir, , ‘RAu”, a segment of an evening length work created by guest choreographer Korhan Basaran with original music by Syrian composer Kinan Azmeh to be premiered in 2018. “Descent”, a trio for men by Diane Arvanites with music by Frédéric Chopin, company members ArVejon Jones and Justin Daniel will share the stage with special guest artists Kurt Douglas and Ruka Hatua-Saar to bring back this powerful work, and “La Giornata Omicida”, a quintet for women by Tommy Neblett with music by Canto Populare. Both works were choreographed in 1996. Company members and artistic collaborators are Callie Chapman, Naoko Brown, Lonnie Stanton, Danielle Davidson, Shoshana Moyer, , Flora Kim, ArVejon Jones, and Justin Daniel.
