We are seeking a Community Engagement Director to work closely with the Executive Director (ED) to co-create and implement the strategy for our community engagement program. They would support the teachers and partner sites in sustaining and developing long term relationships to continue providing sliding scale adaptive dance education to diverse populations across greater Boston. They would also support in building new partnerships with one time workshops or year round partners to continue expanding our programming. Must have 5 years teaching ballet/modern/contemporary technique with willingness to learn adaptive dance practice. Adaptive dance experience is a plus but not required.
