| Lexington School of Ballet was established in 1984 to provide the highest quality serious ballet and dance training available, offering an outstanding faculty of Boston’s finest and most dedicated teachers. Lexington School of Ballet is seeking an experienced upper level ballet teacher for Pre-Professional and Upper Level ballet, pointe, and variations classes beginning in Sept. 2026 for the school year and beyond. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience both as a dancer and as a teacher and have the ability to teach the classic major female variations to Pre-Professional dancers. Classes are held on Monday from 4:15-7:45 p.m. or on Saturday from 2:00-5:00 p.m. Pay is competitive with major Boston ballet schools. The Studio is on a major bus line and has free parking behind the building. | Boston Dance Alliance (BDA) is hiring per diem Floor Technicians for upcoming events across the Greater Boston area (April–August). Work with a small team to transport, install, and break down a modular dance floor for performances and community events. ROLES & PAY (per event): • Leading Technician: $750 (drives rental van, leads team) • Supporting Technician: $350 (pickup, setup support) • On-Site Technician: $250 (setup-breakdown only) DETAILS • 5-7 hours per event (setup & breakdown) • Storage pickup in Medford, MA (Lead & Supporting roles) • Events at Boston-area venues (some outdoor) • Panels ~40lbs each.
