Free Summer Dance Series in collaboration with the Esplanade Association.

Thank you to everyone who danced and celebrated with us during the 2026 season of International Moves & Food!

International Moves and Food is a Boston Dance Alliance program in partnership with The Esplanade Association. Each week centers around a new culture of dance and food. The evening begins with a 60 minute class led by local professional teaching artists and culture bearers who share dance traditions that connect us & reflect us right here in Boston and across the globe! Following the class, participants enjoy free food and beverage from local restaurants for a chance to connect socially.

The 2026 lineup included: Lindy Hop with JD Davis, Salsa with Lumyr, Dancehall with Snoopy, Caribbean & Soca with Ms. 5678, Bachata & Merengue with Anara Frank and Javier Jeffer Cumbrera of MetaMovements, and Haitian Folkloric with Jean Appolon and JAE live drumming
