Brenda Bufalino, world renowned dancer, ceramicist, and author, will read from her recently released magical biography, Song of The Split Elm. The story is about her Great Grandmother, Madeline, born in Wells Maine, to a Calvinist preacher, and Penobscott basket weaver.

Ms. Bufalino will sing out Madeline’s song, and dance the rhythms of her grandmother’s longing for freedom.
