Windhover Center for the Performing Arts in Rockport is excited to host Flamenco Vivo Carlota Santana’s Flamenco Certamen USA for a free event on Wednesday, October 18, 2023 at 7:00pm. This is an informal preview of their upcoming international Flamenco competition after a full week’s residency at Windhover. If the weather is mild enough, we will enjoy it underneath the outdoor tent. Otherwise, we will have an intimate experience indoors in the back dance studio.
