This is not your average dance show. In fact, it’s like nothing you’ve ever experienced before! With original music, ‘Enough’ perfectly captures Paradise Lost’s unique blend of dance and theatre, inviting audiences to dive deep into the world that Paradise Lost has created.

Originally scored and performed in Paradise Lost’s inaugural season by Artistic Director Tyler Catanella, the remounting of this piece is inspired by the tragedy of the Pulse Nightclub shootings and troubling national climate surrounding LGBTQ issues.

Enough bravely tackles topics surrounding identity and mental health among youth through both performance (Act I) and facilitated discussion that connects audience members with each other (Act II). With a combination of humor and honesty, Enough is an experience that asks audiences to look within themselves and ask the question: “What does it mean to be enough?” Good enough, smart enough, strong enough, not enough, just enough, more than enough.
