Contact Improvisation open-level class, once a month preceding the Tuesday Contact Jam. Heads and tails: we will be bringing our serpentine spinal connections into our dancing. All levels of experience with this improvisational partner dance are welcome, those seasoned CI dancers interested in enhancing their practice, and those who are simply “contact-curious”. teacher bio: Neige Christenson has enjoyed over 30 years of exploring, teaching and performing Contact Improvisation, supported and enriched by the practice of Authentic Movement. Her teaching encourages opening the improvisational mind and body to full presence and connection with self and other. She offers private lessons and workshops.
