Livin’ & Sweatin’: ‘Cize

CIZE is unlike any other workout! You’ll be learning professional dance choreography with moves you can take anywhere in this high-energy dance set to pop and hip-hop! Your skilled Instructor will break down the routine and gradually add on so that you can bust out the whole routine at the end of each class. You’ll get cardiovascular conditioning, core strengthening, and muscle toning—all at once! Class will begin with a short warm-up and end with a short cool-down. Come prepared to dance!
