The Standing Committee on Degrees in Theater, Dance & Media is seeking one semester undergraduate course proposals for either fall or spring semester in the academic year 2025-2026. We welcome proposals on any topic in dance and its related arts, practices, and scholarship. These may include (but are not limited to): contemporary dance, Afro diasporic dance, hip-hop, ballet, global forms, composition, improvisation, screendance, movement analysis, and/or dance studies. We are especially interested in proposals that incorporate performance as a mode of embodied learning and research, bridge creative practice and critical inquiry, and/or draw on interdisciplinary methods.
