Peter DiMuro leads a 2-part workshop with the goals of:
 sharing tools for dance-making that focus on engaging all in the room, whether they be professional dancers or community members, through the creation of movement material and ideas
 facilitating thinking on building “creative laboratories” as a means to escape inherited and habitual ways of making dances/performance.

Peter DiMuro is the Executive Director of The Dance Complex, and also the Artistic Director of Peter DiMuro/Public Displays of Motion, a company in residence at The Boston Center for the Arts.

Peter was Artistic Director of Liz Lerman Dance Exchange, capping off a 15 year relationship  with the company, and designed institutes and artistic projects working with a wide range of populations, from professional dancers to shipyard workers to
elders and mixed abilities.
