“Exploring Authentic Connection to Self and Others” is a sound and movement workshop that will focus on connection to Self, self-attunement and authentic connection to others. The concept of Self comes from the Internal Family Systems (IFS) therapeutic framework, which states that we all have the system of internal parts who play certain roles as well as the Self who is in charge of the parts and the whole system. Join Lilia on May 6, 2024 in this workshop where they will explore this concept through a body scan, breathwork, making sounds, and movement both by ourselves and with others.
