Workshop led by Peter DiMuro.

This 3-hour workshop will use movement to explore intergenerational LGBTQ personal stories.

Through storytelling about coming out, acceptance, chosen family and more, we will look at our radical history as a community and how it relates to the present.

No movement or dance experience is required, but is welcomed. All can participate to their own level of comfort, even if it is only through listening. The workshop will include the opportunity to move, write, speak and be in dialogue with each other. By workshop’s end, we will have produced mini- performance “docu-dances” about stories shared.
