Join Caroline Hekate and DJ Lenore for a movement and music-centered evening event open to all. We invite you to dress for fun, connect, and be mindful. No experience required!

Dance Flow inspires creative presence in our bodies as we navigate music genres, challenge our movement connection, and dive into a liberating fusion.

Drum and bass (D&B) is a style of electronic dance music built on fast breakbeats and heavy sub-bass. It emerged out of the Caribbean-influenced UK rave scene in the 1990s, with samples and synths layered over its rhythm-driven core, making it a great example of experimental and fusion music.

The event will be loosely structured into the following moments:

Meet + Greet: Welcome to the space feel the energy of D&B around you.
Dance + Music: Embrace your body’s connection to the music and explore fusion cultures.
Social Improvisation: Solo and interactive cues are offered to spark your exploration.
Flow: Let loose, play, go wild. Be free and mindful.
Wind Down: Mellow into softer, relaxing movement.
