Urbanity’s Contemporary Summer Intensive is a unique opportunity for select dancers aged 11-24 to work with nationally-acclaimed guest artists, Urbanity Dance Company members, and Urbanity’s most popular faculty.

Selected students will receive 7 hours of daily instruction from 10-5pm in ballet, modern, and contemporary technique, as well as supplementary courses in jazz, musical theater, improv, hip hop, and repertory.

The 2026 program offer three week blocks:
– Week 1: Train (August 3-7)
– Week 2: Train & Perform (August 10-14)
– Week 3: Create (August 17-21)

Selected dancers may enroll in any combination of weeks, up to the full three-week intensive.
