Back by popular demand, a community cypher led by Aysha Upchurch AIE’15 (and BDA Board member!) will take place in the Harvard Dance Center’s spacious Studio 1 for anyone needing an hour to dance it out in a joyful environment.

What is a cypher? 
A cypher is freestyle dance jam where an open circle is created and people take turns dancing in the center. The cypher (or cipher) has deep, long-standing cultural roots in hip hop culture, African tradition, and even religious beliefs.

The public is welcome and free refreshments will be provided!
