Global Arts Live is seeking it’s next Director of Artistic Programs. A minimum of five to eight years of experience in a comparable role is required, with preferably 10 years in performing arts curation, global programming, and cultural presenting. A strong track record of artistic leadership in multi-venue and community-engaged environments is needed. A deep knowledge of global music, jazz, folk/roots, contemporary, and global dance performance genres, artist touring landscapes, and season planning is essential. The contract runs for 25 weeks from mid-September to mid-May with layoff weeks in between. The pay ranges from $400-$500 a week, depending on the contract position. The contract also includes: Physical Therapy with a partnership that we have with Upstate Medical in Syracuse, a strength/conditioning program in partnership with Strides of CNY, and a certain amount of shoes and tights for classical performances.

Our 25/26 season, Momentum includes:
– Dracula with choreography by AD, Jayson Douglas
– The Nutcracker (at home in Syracuse and 2 tours – in Oswego, NY, and Cornwall, Ontario, Canada)
– Our Voices (a mixed rep show showcasing Black choreographers)
– Art Is… (a world premiere with music by musician Diane Jones)
– other Community Performances sprinkled throughout the season.

The President & CEO will provide the leadership, direction, and management, as well as identify and secure the resources necessary to build on decades of success and elevate its full potential as an exciting multi-disciplinary performing arts organization. The individual will have overall responsibility for the artistic vision and ongoing growth and development of the organization. The President & CEO will report to and work directly with the Board of Directors to fulfill the organization’s mission, refresh its future vision and strategic plan on an ongoing basis, oversee its artistic and fiscal operations, and serve as Celebrity Series’ primary spokesperson and public figure on the local, national, and international level.

Dancers are at a beginner level; Ages 2-6
Classes would be on a weekly morning from 10-12. Our schedule could potentially change to accommodate the right teacher. The applicant should be patient, have high energy, and a desire to develop little dancers. The instructor is responsible for creating and implementing weekly lesson plans.
Hourly rate is negotiable, based on experience

We are seeking a Community Engagement Director to work closely with the Executive Director (ED) to co-create and implement the strategy for our community engagement program. They would support the teachers and partner sites in sustaining and developing long term relationships to continue providing sliding scale adaptive dance education to diverse populations across greater Boston. They would also support in building new partnerships with one time workshops or year round partners to continue expanding our programming. Must have 5 years teaching ballet/modern/contemporary technique with willingness to learn adaptive dance practice. Adaptive dance experience is a plus but not required.

Hopkinton Center for the Arts (HCA) is seeking an experienced teacher able to instruct pre ballet and tap to ages 5-7 and jazz to intermediate or advanced dancers ages 12 and up. This posting is for our 34-week school year running September 2025 to June 2026. A minimum of three hours on Monday is the preferred schedule. Compensation starts at $50 an hour and commensurates with experience.

The Chief of Arts and Culture (Chief) of MOAC will be a visionary, collaborative, and dynamic leader responsible for shaping and championing the City’s cultural identity while supporting the vibrant and diverse arts ecosystem. They will spearhead the Mayor’s agenda on the creative economy through the leadership of the Arts and Culture Cabinet. The Chief of MOAC serves the City, the Mayor, citizens, and visitors in leading the development and implementation of cultural policy in partnership with the local creative ecosystem, other City Chiefs and departments, and other public and private regional partners. This role offers the opportunity to lead in a city poised to reimagine its cultural identity and to make a lasting impact on its creative landscape. The next Chief of MOAC will inherit a legacy of accomplishments and will have the opportunity to help the City address new and emerging priorities.

A new dance program, Ensemble Dance Collective, under the umbrella of a new arts center, Wonderland Arts Center, needs a teacher or teachers for the following classes:

Wednesdays – (this could be shifted to Fridays for the right instructor if needed)

Hip Hop Mini from 4pm-4:45pm ages 6-8
Hip Hop from 4:45pm-5:30pm ages 8-11
Hip Hop Boys from 5:30-pm-6:30pm ages 8-12
Hip Hop Int/Adv from 7pm-8:30pm ages 12+

Saturdays
Jazz from 9:15am-10:15am ages 8-9
Jazz from 10:15am-11:15am ages 8-9
Hip Hop from 11:15am-12:15am ages 8-11

Classes will run throughout the entire 2025-2026 school-year (late September through mid-May)
and will be held at 40-50 Cross St. Winchester, MA 01890. $55-$75/hr based on experience.
