McHale School of Irish Dance located in Woburn, MA is looking for an additional Irish dance instructor to join our team for the upcoming 2024-2025 dance season. We are looking for someone that can work anywhere from 1-3 nights per week teaching 2-3 hours at a time. Starting pay is $30-$35 per hour.

We offer a toddler/preschool program, recreational/ non-competitive program as well as a competitive program. We are currently looking for teachers who have the skills to work with any of these groups.

The Phillips Exeter Academy Theater and Dance department seeks a passionate and energetic teacher to fill a part-time term Dance Instructor position for the fall and winter terms of the 2024-2025 school year. Candidates should be interested in being part of a collaborative group of teachers and working with highly motivated high school students in a diverse, mostly residential community.

The ideal candidate should have the ability to teach beginning through advanced levels of at least two of the following genres: contemporary, jazz, street styles, commercial jazz funk, ballet, modern, traditional cultural dances, social dances or musical theater dance.

A bachelor’s degree in Dance or related field is preferred. Proficiency in developing and teaching pre-professional level lesson plans and choreography.
Experience working with adolescents in an educational or studio setting for a minimum of 2 years. Equivalent experience may be considered.
